Hay Group joins the silverfleet in Piet Hein Buildings

The worldwide operating consultancy firm Hay Group signed a long term lease agreement for 1.700 sqm office space in Piet Hein Buildings and 50 parking places in the IJ-oever Centrum parking. As of November 1st 2014 Hay occupies the leased office space.

Opening of Restaurant “De Kombuis” in Piet Hein Buildings 

On Monday February 24th 2014 restaurant “De Kombuis” welcomes the first tenants in this new Piet Hein Buildings facility. The restaurant seats approx. 400 guests.  Next to the restaurant three public board rooms with up to date presentation facilities are also open to tenants and visitors.

De Kombuis is open every weekday from 08.00m AM till 05.00 PM.

CCare has installed free Wi-Fi in all public areas.  All entrances / reception areas of the Red, White and Blue Building, restaurant De Kombuis and the common meeting rooms have free high speed Wi-Fi.

Last weekend Teva moved in the Blue Building and is now fully operational in Piet Hein Buildings.

The two story underground car park with approx. 400 places is managed by Q-Park.

Tenants and visitors of Piet Hein Buildings can park their cars, motorcycles and bikes right under Piet Hein Buildings and have direct access to the office building Red, White and Blue.

The Port of Amsterdam opens the 2nd Passengers Terminal Amsterdam in Piet Hein Buildings

The 4.500 sq. m. building is part of the Piet Hein Buildings complex and occupies part of the ground floor and 1st floor of the complex. This 2nd terminal will be used to receive visiting cruise passengers and as car park for touring cars and buses. The terminal has 25 places for touring cars and is the largest covered “Bus Park” in the Amsterdam region.
